Job summary

People Incorporated in Taunton, MA is seeking compassionate RN or LPN professionals for a per diem position in our 24-hour supported home environment. The role involves medication administration, daily living activities, and implementing individualized plans to support individuals in our care.

You must hold a MA state RN or LPN license, pass a background check, TB screening, and provide a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• MA state RN or LPN license is required.
• Background check and a valid driver’s license are required.
• TB screening and physical upon hire; TB updates every two years.

RN - Per Diem

Pay Rate $40.00 hour

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
