People Incorporated is seeking an RN for per diem coverage in a 24-hour supported home environment in Taunton and surrounding communities. Responsibilities include medication administration, routine activities, and implementing ISP-based plans, while upholding residents’ rights.

The role requires MA state RN license, background check, driver’s license, and health screenings. We offer comprehensive benefits and generous time off as part of a rewarding team.

Qualifications

• MA state licensed RN or LPN preferred.
• Valid MA nursing license required.
• TB screening and physical required on hire and every two years.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medication and supervise adherence while maintaining residents’ rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs per ISP.
• Provide structured routine including house meetings, outings, meals, and ADL care.

Pay Rate $40.00 hour

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
