Job summary

People Incorporated in Taunton, MA is seeking a compassionate RN per diem nurse to support medically involved individuals in a 24-hour home environment. The role offers a pay rate of $40.00 per hour and opportunities to work with dedicated teams in the Southcoast region.

You will provide clinically oriented care, administer medications, and participate in individual and family activities while following individualized service plans. Excellent benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license (MA) required.
• Criminal background check required.
• TB screening and physical required on hire and updated every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, family visitations, and distribute medication.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans as identified.
• De-escalation and crisis management may be required to ensure safety.

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
