Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking compassionate RN or LPN professionals for a part-time position in our residential program located in Taunton and surrounding communities in Massachusetts. The role includes medication distribution, implementing individual service plans, and supporting medically involved individuals in a 24-hour home environment.

Requirements include MA state LPN or RN license, background check, TB screening, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• Background check and valid driver’s license required.
• TB screening and a TB update every two years after hire.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medication while maintaining individual rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs.
• Provide ADL care and daily structured routines.
• Participate in house meetings, outings, and family visitations.

Pay Rate $43.50 hour

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
