What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records (PCC).
