Position Summary

We're seeking a dedicated RN to join our team at The Knollwood Nursing Center within The Briarwood Community located in Worcester, MA, where you'll provide compassionate, quality-driven nursing care with manageable patient loads and the support of consistent CNAs and engaged leadership. Position Type:Full Time(Subacute)

Salary Range:$40.51 - $49.82 (plus differentials for shifts)

Pay dependent on license and years of experience.

Shift Type:3pm-11pm (2nd Shift)

Your Role

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with a dedicated care team, you will:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and DPH regulations
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Long-term care or sub-acute 1 year of experience preferred
• Current CPR certification; IV therapy certification preferred
• Compliance with state CEU requirements
