Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license (state board) or multistate if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates provider peer review processes at a regional level.
• Monitors quality of care in inpatient and outpatient settings via focused studies and monitoring.
• Gathers clinical data, prepares summaries, and presents findings to Medical Staff committees.
• Collaborates with regional peers to standardize processes and support peer review activities.
