Job summary

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Quality Peer Review RN (Full Time) to support hospital quality assurance, data collection, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with nursing and medical staff to drive improvements and ensure regulatory compliance across the hospital.

This role requires a BSN, DC RN license, and 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, with SCR training within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• DC RN license required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in hospital surgery department, surgery clinic, clinical research or medical records.
• ACS BQIP SCR training/certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report quality data to identify trends and risks.
• Coordinate nursing and medical peer review activities with case review and documentation.
• Support hospital-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to address quality concerns and improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Maintain accurate quality and peer review records and generate reports for committees.
