Job summary
The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics in New Jersey is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for 3-11 and 11-7 shifts in our pediatric and geriatric units. The RN will be part of a team delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility and will support residents, families, and staff.
Requirements include completion of an accredited nursing program and a current RN license in New Jersey. The role offers competitive pay up to $43.50 per hour plus evening and weekend
Qualifications
- Current RN license in New Jersey required.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program required.
- Experience in pediatrics or skilled nursing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to pediatric and geriatric residents.
- Manage medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and nursing staff.
- Assess residents daily and update care plans as needed.
- Supervise nursing personnel and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist with rounds and communicate changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate resident care records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
