Responsibilities

Case #1

Age/Gender: 7yr, F

Location: Round Lake, IL

Acuity: G-tube, Trach, Vent

Schedule: Days: Mondays/Fridays 7am - 6pm, Sat/Sun Flexible hours ; Nights: Sunday - Thurs 7pm - 7am, Fri/Sat Flexible hours

Salary: $40 - $45/h

Case #2

Age/Gender: 12yr, F

Location: Round Lake, IL

Acuity: G-tube/TPN

Schedule: Days: Tues - Thurs 7am - 7pm, Saturday 8am - 8pm; Nights: Fri/Sat 8pm - 8am

School: Attends SEDOL school Monday - Friday

Salary: $38 - $40/h

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
