Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an RN in Chandler, AZ to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within contracted services. You will initiate care plans, administer medications, and monitor outcomes, collaborating with physicians and supervisors as patient needs evolve.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ($38–$40) with weekly paychecks, plus a full benefits package including health/dental/vision, HSA, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility RN contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests revisions as patient status and needs change
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning.
