Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking registered nurses for part-time or full-time assignments. You will provide skilled nursing care according to orders and continuously monitor patient status, using the nursing process to guide care decisions.

Required is an active RN license in Wisconsin, current TB or chest X-ray, and a current BLS card. Prior nursing experience is preferred, with a focus on quality, compassionate patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where practice occurs.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray completed.
• BLS certification obtained.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and documents data and nursing diagnoses from health care team.

Responsibilities
