Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking registered nurses (RN) to join our team in Wisconsin. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing skilled services per orders on each assignment.

The role requires an active RN license in the practicing state, and candidates should have a current TB test/Chest X-ray and BLS certification. Prior nursing experience is preferred, with opportunities for Part-Time or Full-Time positions and

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and documents nursing diagnoses and health data.

Hourly Pay:

• Salary: $38 - $44 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
