Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver in-home pediatric care in the Beloit, WI region. The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules, with hourly pay and weekly paychecks.

The position emphasizes comprehensive benefits and patient-centered care within a home health setting. Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license in the state, current BLS, and meet TB/Chest X-ray requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray completed.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
