Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• TB test or Chest X-ray as proof of health screening.
• Nursing experience preferred (1 year or more).

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health status and communicate changes.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin
• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
