Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality home health care for adult and pediatric patients throughout the Milwaukee area. Pay ranges from $38 to $44 per hour with flexible full-time and part-time schedules.

Weekly pay, comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and HSA, plus PTO, 401(k) and dedicated clinical and office support, are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health status.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.

What You'll Need

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
