Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide weekday afternoon pediatric home care. You’ll deliver one-on-one nursing in a family setting, with fixed hours Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in New Hampshire.

Pediatric Home Care LPN — Weekday Afternoons

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN to provide one-on-one home care for a pediatric patient. This is a wonderful opportunity for an LPN who wants consistent, predictable hours and the chance to build a lasting relationship with a child and their family — instead of juggling a rotating patient list.

Pay:$40 per hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Reliable, set hours every week — great for balancing family life, school schedules, per-diem work, or a second position
• No weekends, no nights, no on-call surprises

About the Role

You'll provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient's home, including:

• G-tube feeding, care, and site monitoring
• Routine health assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration as ordered
• Close communication with parents/caregivers and the care team
• A calm, nurturing presence during a busy after‑school time of day

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire
• Pediatric home care, NICU/PICU, or pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with G-tubes/enteral feeding required or willingness to be trained
• Current CPR certification
• Warm, patient, and comfortable working independently in a family home setting
• Reliable transportation
