Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for PCU / Stepdown in the Bradenton, FL area. The role requires caring for medium to high acuity patients, monitoring vitals, IV drips, and coordinating with the healthcare team across physicians, therapists, and case managers.

Candidates should have ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and EMR proficiency. Shift options include day and night; both full-time and part-time positions are available with benefits such as healthcare, 401K, and

Competenze

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation and other advanced nursing care practices.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Mansioni

• Provide specialized care for patients with medium to high acuity needs, closely monitoring vital signs, IV drips and other key indicators.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans, ensuring that medical orders are carried out accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on the management of their acute or chronic conditions, including the proper use of equipment like BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen and vital sign or blood sugar monitors.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records, adhering to hospital and departmental policies and regulations.
