Incredible Health in Fort Collins, CO, seeks a Registered Nurse for PCU/Stepdown. The role offers day and night shifts with both full-time and part-time options, focusing on high-acuity patient care and critical monitoring.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1 year in stepdown/neurology/cardiac or similar settings. Proficiency in EMR, hemodynamic monitoring, and cardiac rhythm interpretation is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/medium to high acuity settings preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients with close monitoring.
• Administer medications and manage complex treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and others.
• Educate patients and families on management and use of BiPAP/CPAP equipment and monitors.
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records per policies.
