Job summary

Qualifications
- ADN or higher nursing degree
- Active RN license
- 1 year of stepdown/neurology/cardiac experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Strong hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
- Proficient with electronic medical record systems
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients on PCU/stepdown
- Administer medications and follow complex treatment plans accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on condition management and device use
- Maintain timely patient records in EMR and comply with policies
