Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

The position is a full-time role in the PCU with three 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends, on days from 7am to 7pm. The facility is a 48-bed unit offering telemetry and specialized nursing care for post-surgical and respiratory patients. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved school of nursing with Florida RN licensure (or eNLC) and BLS certification, plus at least 1 year of RN

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

• Assesses patient needs and develops a plan of care.
• Evaluates patient progress toward outcomes.
• Communicates and collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Acts as a patient and family advocate.
• Provides care appropriate to age-specific needs of patients.
