Qualifications

• Nursing school graduate.
• Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and the unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care under supervision of a preceptor, leader, or charge nurse.
• Assesses patients and develops plans of care.
• Documents patient care meeting required standards.
• Communicates with medical staff and multidisciplinary team.
• Prioritizes patient care per Evidence-Based Practice Standards.
