Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure in the United States is required.
• BCLS certification is required; ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and organizational policies.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects; document administration.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions when needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate professional development and adherence to standards of practice.
