Job summary

AllianceHealth Durant is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN Night shifts in the PCU. The role focuses on patient-centered care, collaboration with the healthcare team, and adherence to clinical protocols. Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure in the United States.
• BCLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in the PCU per nursing process and protocols.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within scope of competency.
• Provide patient and family education regarding conditions and post-discharge care.
