AdventHealth in Illinois is hiring a night-shift Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time work. Schedule is 36 hours per week, nights from 6:45pm to 7:15am with rotating weekends and holidays, at 5101 Willow Springs Rd, La Grange, IL 60525.

Starting pay is $37.50 per hour, with potential salary increases up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder program based on experience and performance. Join a care team focused on safe, compassionate whole-person care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Provides patient education and coordinates with care team for safe, timely, and effective care.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Promotes a positive patient experience through compassionate communication and teamwork.
