Sharp HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our hospital teams in California. The position requires direct and indirect patient care on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 12/36 hour hours and every-other weekend.

Candidates must hold a California RN license and BLS, with ACLS preferred. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, delegation, education, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based nursing.

Formación

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 3 years clinical experience.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing - REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional - REQUIRED

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Delegates and communicates care delivery expectations to team members.
• Maintains accurate documentation per guidelines and policies.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships with patients and families; advocates for patient needs.
• Educates patients and families; coordinates discharge planning with the care team.
• Conducts ongoing assessment and adjusts care plans based on patient needs.
