Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is recruiting an RN for a 7th-floor intermediate care unit specializing in cardiac and stroke patients. You will read and respond to cardiac rhythms, manage telemetry, and participate in a high-acuity care environment.

Shifts run days from 07:00 to 19:30, with a 1:4 nurse-patient ratio and every-other-weekend requirements. Prior telemetry and cardiac/stroke experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass telemetry rhythm identification quiz.
• Telemetry and cardiac/stroke nursing experience required.
• Experience with cardiac drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Lasix.
• Must live outside of 50 miles from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Position in the 7th-floor intermediate care unit focusing on cardiac and stroke patients.
• Proficient in reading, identifying, and reacting to cardiac rhythms.
• Shifts are days from 07:00 to 19:30 with 1:4 patient ratios.
• Weekend requirements include every other weekend.
• Interdisciplinary support includes PT, respiration, social services, and pharmacy.
