Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week PCU assignment in Raleigh. The role focuses on step-down telemetry patients, requiring strong cardiac monitoring skills and IV management. Onsite nights include every other weekend, with strict infection control and EPIC charting protocols.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license and demonstrates proficiency in documenting care; BLS and NIHSS are required, ACLS preferred. Three 12-hour shifts per week offer a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience including telemetry.
• Current RN license in hand.
• Certifications: BLS and NIHSS; ACLS preferred.
• EPIC charting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a step-down unit with telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and manage IVs.
• Administer blood products as needed.
• Maintain infection control and charting accuracy.
• Three 12-hour night shifts per week, with every other weekend.
