Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care in a medical surgical/stepdown unit. The RN will collaborate on individualized care plans and uphold nursing standards in daily care.

This role requires teamwork with two LNA's, a Nurse Lead, and a House Supervisor; offers 12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour guarantee and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of current medical-surgical nursing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a PCU (Progressive Care Unit) or stepdown environment.
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license must be valid and uploaded with the profile.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality care in a medical surgical/stepdown unit. The RN will integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients and implement nursing standards in the care processes. The role requires teamwork with two LNA's (Licensed Nursing Assistants), a Nurse Lead, and a House Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the medical surgical/stepdown unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Follow established nursing standards and protocols for patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and report any significant changes.
• Assist with the orientation and training of nursing staff as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of current medical surgical nursing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a PCU (Progressive Care Unit) or stepdown environment.
• EPIC EMR experience is highly preferred.
• Charge nurse experience is required.
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license must be valid and uploaded with the profile.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification.
