Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN for a PCU travel assignment in New Hampshire. The position runs for 13 weeks with night shifts, 12-hour blocks, and a 6:1 patient ratio.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years Medical Surgical and 2+ years PCU/Stepdown experience, NH license or Compact, and BLS/ACLS. EPIC EMR experience is preferred, and supervisory references are required. Travelers must have their own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years current Medical Surgical experience.
• Minimum 2 years Stepdown/PCU experience.
• NH RN license or Compact RN license.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients.
• Implement nursing standards in care processes.
• Manage patient ratios of 6:1; coordinate with LNA, Nurse Lead and House Supervisor.
• Ensure scheduling requests are planned in advance and holidays are managed.

Description:Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients.Implement nursing standards in the processes of care.Patient ratios are 6:1 at the most.There are 2 LNA's to assist, along with a Nurse Lead and House Supervisor.Requests for time off during this assignment must be provided upfront.No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.Travelers may not take all holidays off.Must work two blocks during designated holiday weekends.Previous travel experience is preferred.All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.No block scheduling will be approved for this need.
