Qualifications
- RN license in the State of Georgia.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Graduate of state accredited school of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates and presents patient safety problem-solving/improvement activities.
- Serves as a resource for investigation/analysis of patient safety information/data.
- Contributes to hospital/system and medical staff committees; participates in assigned projects.
- Participates in development and evaluation of action plans for Patient Safety initiatives.
- Facilitates RCAs and A3s as assigned.
