Job summary

Requires BSN, active IL RN license, BLS, and ability to work with diverse teams. ADN with BSN commitment within three years is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; valid Illinois RN license.
• BLS certification and strong collaboration skills.
• ADN acceptable if pursuing BSN within three years.

Responsibilities

• Assess and record patient status; organize health data for care planning.
• Identify problems needing immediate attention and document plans.
• Collaborate with patient/family and care team on plans and education.
• Provide age-specific, evidence-based nursing care and discharge planning.
