Job summary

Community Medical Centers in Fresno, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Transfer Center and Bed Control within the hospital. You will coordinate patient flow, communicate clearly with internal teams and external physicians to move patients to appropriate inpatient rooms or units.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with 2 years of acute care experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years of experience in an acute care setting required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or health related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow throughout the continuum of care.
• Collaborate with internal and external physicians, supervisors and leadership to facilitate safe movement of patients.
• Manage patient flow in the Transfer Center and Bed Control roles to support operations.
