Job summary

Abrazo Central Hospital, part of Tenet Healthcare Corporation, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional bedside care on an assigned unit. The role includes coordinating care plans with multidisciplinary teams and guiding other healthcare staff to meet patient needs.

You will participate in hourly rounding, observe safety guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement in nursing practice. This position supports professional growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.
• ER, ICU, Endoscopy, Tele, Cardiac Cath Lab, L&D: ACLS or equivalent as applicable by department.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
• Coordinates care planning with other disciplines.
• Supervises care delivery and directs other staff as needed.
• Assesses patient needs and sets realistic, patient-specific outcomes.
• Implements medical and nursing orders and documents care.
• Participates in hourly rounding and observes safety guidelines.
