Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead resident care in Minnesota facilities, ensuring alignment with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and our QAPI program. The RN conducts health assessments, develops care plans, and oversees nursing interventions with a focus on safety and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee implementation of nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes.
• Provide IV therapy and PICC line care.
• Accurate documentation with HIPAA compliance.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adequate staffing.
• Participate in emergency and disaster procedures to promote well-being.
