Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise resident care, perform health assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and deliver IV therapy and PICC line care in alignment with state nursing standards.

The RN will document carefully, lead nursing staff, ensure proper staffing, and participate in emergency and disaster procedures while upholding HIPAA, safety, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current Certification in CPR
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care including IV therapy and PICC line care.
• Supervise and support nursing staff and ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety and infection control standards.
