Job summary

• Supervises and delegates tasks to other staff.
• Mentors students and orients new staff.
• Participates in discharge planning and transition of care.
• Documents findings timely in the medical record.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
• Utilizes SBAR for effective handoffs and communication.
