Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN license valid in Georgia or Multi-state (Compact) license.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Coordinate care with the patient and family and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support performance improvement and ensure safe, quality patient care with proper documentation.
