Wellstar is seeking a RN Clinical Nurse to join a cohesive interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality patient care. You will work under Nurse Managers within a governance model that supports evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.

Licensed RNs in Georgia, with 2+ years of direct patient care, will collaborate to uphold standards, ethics, and safety while communicating clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.

Competenze

• Required Minimum Education: Associate's Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic computer skills and familiarity with clinical technologies.

Mansioni

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care sensitive to age, gender, disease, and cultural diversity.
• Coordinate care with patient and family through effective communication and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance in the care team.
• Document care accurately and assist with care planning and education.
