You will apply evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement, mentor staff, and engage in shared governance to advance patient safety and outcomes.

This role requires RN licensure, BLS, and strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred.
• RN license (single-state or compact).
• BLS certification required at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice to individualize care.
• Provide patient-centered care across diverse populations and adapt delivery to cultural needs.
• Collaborate with the care team and document care accurately.
• Promote teamwork and fiscally responsible care delivery.
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance at multiple levels.
• Support protocols and efficient use of resources.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
