Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team delivering high-quality, safe patient care. You will work under Nurse Managers and contribute to a shared governance model while upholding Wellstar's Professional Practice Model and ethics standards.

You will perform nursing processes, provide patient-centered care, participate in performance improvement, and mentor other staff.

Formación

• RN competencies derived from professional practice models and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to coordinate care and communicate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Candidates must uphold patient voice, system policies and service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provides patient-centered care aligned with cultural diversity.
• Partners with patients and families using bedside shifts and rounds as appropriate.
• Practices according to current clinical standards.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of safe quality care.
