Northwestern Medicine is seeking a registered nurse to join our patient-centered care team in Chicago. The RN provides evidence-based care, coordinates with the multidisciplinary team, and supports patients and families throughout the care plan.

Qualificações
- Graduate of a nursing program and licensed as a Registered Nurse in Illinois.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher preferred.
- Current IL RN license and BLS CPR as required by hospital policy.
Responsabilidades
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to implement and evaluate the plan of care.
- Advocate for patients and families and ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Document patient status and progress in the health record and communicate handoffs accurately.
