Jefferson Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for inpatient care at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Pennsylvania. The nurse will use the nursing process to plan and deliver patient- and family-centered care, addressing physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, collaborating with care partners, and ensuring culturally respectful, high-quality care.

Formación

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Knowledge of patient-centered care and collaboration with patients and families.
• Cultural awareness to effectively interact with diverse backgrounds.
• Able to communicate concepts, transmit information clearly, and delegate appropriately.
• Ability to assess patients and implement a treatment plan.
• Educate patients and care partners about conditions, treatment and recovery steps.
• Knowledge of medication administration and prescriptions for ongoing care.
• Discharge planning knowledge and follow-up care coordination.
• Knowledge of nursing assessment, diagnosis, and clinical judgement.
• Familiarity with health information documentation processes.
• BLS certification and PA RN licensure, with at least 1 year inpatient RN experience.
