Jefferson Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for inpatient care at Albert Einstein Medical Center to join a patient- and family-centered team.

The role requires diploma, PA RN license, and 1 year inpatient experience; you will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality care. BLS certification is required and commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and collaboration with patients, families and care partners.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication concepts and ability to transmit, receive, and interpret information with patients and families.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care and ability to implement a treatment plan.
• Knowledge of medication administration and prescription practices for continuing care.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and coordinating follow-up care.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and accurate record-keeping in clinical settings.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification (AHA).
• RN license in PA (state of practice).
• 1 year of inpatient RN experience.
