Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care at Albert Einstein Medical Center in East Norriton, PA. Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and collaboration with patients/families in care planning.
• Effective communication concepts and ability to convey information clearly to patients and families.
• Delegation to other team members when appropriate.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning; understanding of treatment and discharge steps.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and accurate record keeping.
