Job summary

Mercy Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Berryville, AR. The RN will use the nursing process to deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care and will evaluate care effectiveness by other caregivers, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

The role requires licensure in the hiring state or compact, a graduating RN program, and relevant certifications (BLS within 30 days; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC as applicable).

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Must obtain and maintain an RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Physical requirements include lifting 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist and squat.
• Certifications: BLS within 30 days; additional certifications may be required (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality; align duties with Mercy Service Standards.
