Mercy in Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process. The RN evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates with interdisciplinary teams while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Applicants must hold an active RN license in the hiring state (or compact licensure) and graduate from a nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN). Basic Life Support is required, with unit-specific certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensed to practice as an RN in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required (e.g., ACLS/ALS, PALS, TNCC, CPNH, OCN, etc.).
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for long shifts.
