Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Berryville, AR to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. The RN evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinates patient care with interdisciplinary teams.

This role upholds patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy’s mission and Service Standards. Education includes graduation from an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in Arkansas or compact licensure; BLS

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire) or ability to obtain.
• Physical ability to push/pull 50 pounds and stand/walk per shift.
• Certifications may vary by unit (e.g., ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CP HON, OCN, PALS, PEARS).
