Formación

• Requires current RN licensure and Georgia state nursing practice eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based care delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Nursing Process with assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate and document safe, high-quality patient care across teams.
• Deliver patient-centered care respecting age, culture, and individual needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and care managers on rounds and care plans.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and clinical governance.
