Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse to implement the nursing process, coordinate safe, patient-centered care, and support age-appropriate and culturally aware needs. This role reports to the Office Manager and Physician and emphasizes compassionate service and clinical excellence.

You will collaborate with the care team, participate in performance improvement, mentor colleagues, and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or nursing diploma; BSN preferred.
• Georgia RN license required; multi-state compact may apply.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS may be required in some settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process with evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care across shifts.
• Deliver culturally responsive care addressing age and needs.
• Mentor and support other nurses and staff as appropriate.
• Participate in performance improvement and clinical initiatives.
